Just confirmed by Don Mattrick (President of Microsoft Game Studios) that Bungie is working on a sequel to Halo 3. Note, that this is not Halo Wars or 'The Peter Jackson Halo Project' (currently codenamed Halo Chronicles).
This news comes shortly after the 'leak' by Wal-Mart of 'Halo Blue'

The above words come from the next-week-preview of OXM UK magazine. So basically, now we know that Halo 4, Assassin's Creed 2, the next Rainbow Six, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Crackdown 2, Forza 3 and/or PGR5 will be announced tomorrow night at 5.30 pm. Or, not.

Well, it's certainly a change of genre, for starters. For me personally, I think it's gonna be a grower, but we'll see. Mercury will be included on Bloc Party's 3rd studio album, due out this year.
